1. Introduction Welcome to Cyber Secify Consulting Private Limited (“Cyber Secify”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website https://cybersecify.com (“Website”), enrolling in our training programs, or engaging our penetration testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Website, services, or programs.

2. Scope of Services We offer: - Penetration Testing Services (Web, Mobile, API, Network, IoT, Cloud) - Paid Internships (Cybersecurity, AI Security, Mobile Security) - Paid Apprenticeships (Security training with stipend phases) - Security Consulting & Compliance Alignment

3. Eligibility - For training programs: Applicants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if younger. - For pentesting services: Engagement is only with authorized representatives of the client’s organization.

4. Internship & Apprenticeship Programs - Our paid apprenticeship program is not a guaranteed job offer. - Completion certificates are awarded only if participation and conduct meet our stated requirements. - The apprenticeship pathway may include stipends as per the program brochure, but these are subject to meeting performance goals. - We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the program without prior notice.

5. Fees & Payment - All fees are quoted in INR and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. - Payment for training programs must be made in full via online bank transfer before the start date. - No refunds are offered for any program once payment is made, as applicants are encouraged to first join our internship program to assess fit before upgrading to the paid apprenticeship. - For pentesting services, payment terms will be as per the signed proposal or service agreement.

6. Client Obligations for Pentesting - Clients must provide written authorization before testing begins. - Clients must ensure that they have legal rights to the assets tested. - Cyber Secify will not be liable for any issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

7. Deliverables - Pentesting: Detailed vulnerability report, proof-of-concept, and remediation guidance. - Training: Certificates, reports, or portfolios as described in the program brochure.

8. Intellectual Property - All course materials, reports, and tools provided by Cyber Secify remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. - Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use pentest reports solely for internal security purposes.

9. Liability Limitations - Pentesting is a point-in-time security assessment; we cannot guarantee that assets will remain secure after testing. - We are not responsible for business losses, reputational damage, or indirect/consequential damages. - Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Privacy Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.

11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Amendments We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
